Fall Sports Parent Meeting

Thursday, August 2, 2018 - 7:00pm

MCS Parents:

 The Fall Sports Parent Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 7:00 pm in the HS Gym. This is a mandatory meeting for parents who have a child playing a fall sport. Athletes MUST have completed sports physical paperwork submitted to the Athletic Department BEFORE they are permitted to participate in any athletic practices and games/meets.

Please have your student stop by the Secondary Office to pick up a Sports Physical packet.  You may print your own forms by clicking on the following link SPORTS PHYSICAL

The following MCS sports will require a Sports Physical for participation (JH = grades 7-8; HS - grades 9-12):

Fall

• JH Cross Country
• HS Cross Country
• HS Boys Soccer
• HS Girls Soccer
• JH Volleyball
• HS Volleyball

Winter

• JH Boys Basketball
• HS Boys Basketball
• JH Girls Basketball
• HS Girls Basketball
• JH Cheerleading
• HS Cheerleading
• JH Swimming
• HS Swimming

Spring

• HS Baseball
• HS Softball
• JH Track
• HS Track

Athletic Fee:

7th-8th:  $75

9th-12th: $115

Athletic Passes:

Adult: $75

Family: $175

*If you are planning on transporting any of the players to the game the Secondary Office will need a current copy of your car insurance*
