Donkey Basketball

What do Mansfield Christian School, the Dominican Republic, Modern Woodmen of America, and a herd of donkeys have in common? The answer – a great night of fun for a great cause!

The athletic department of Mansfield Christian School and Modern Woodmen of America are sponsoring the hilarious game of Donkey Basketball on Tuesday, February 7th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the high school gymnasium at MCS. Proceeds will benefit our school’s mission trip to the Dominican Republic as well as the athletic department. Come to watch area pastors, administrators, teachers, coaches, parents, and students as they ride donkeys and try to play basketball at the same time!

There will be free donkey rides during intermission for children ages 12 and under who are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Pre-sale tickets will be sold in the elementary, secondary, and central offices for $6.00. Children ages 3 and under are free. The tickets will be $8.00 at the door. For every 10 tickets you sell, you get in for free and get a free popcorn. You can get your pre-sale tickets from Mrs. Stigall in the central office. The top two students selling the most tickets may ride on a team, but they must be 16 year of age to ride.
