Mansfield Christian School Advancement Director
Sharon Lowe
Why I chose MCS
“Philanthropy, the giving of our time, talents, and resources for the greater good, is powerful. This mindset, along with the longstanding reputation of MCS as a light in the community, drew me to this position. Many will support our capital campaign because they believe in our mission, and I am thrilled to be part of the MCS team during this season of growth that will bless students, families, and generations to come.”
Mansfield Christian School Math Teacher
Matthew Golias
Why I chose MCS
“I worked a traditional office job after graduation, but felt God’s calling for me to teach. I wound up back at MCS because of the conviction God put on my heart to reach these students for the gospel and prepare them academically for what will come ahead. I love God, I love these students, and I love mathematics, so teaching math at MCS was almost a no-brainer!”

Mansfield Christian School is a nonprofit ministry committed to representing Jesus Christ in our community. All employees are required to be born-again Christians who live as Christ-like role models (Romans 10:9-10, 1 Timothy 4:12, Luke 6:40). Staff members are expected to live in a way that reflects integrity in personal and family relationships, moral behavior, and business conduct. Employees should demonstrate a teachable spirit, a love for others, respect for authority, and a commitment to follow the Matthew 18 principle when addressing conflicts.
Our Statement of Faith calls employees to maintain a lifestyle consistent with Biblical standards of moral conduct. This includes upholding God’s design for marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:21-24, Ephesians 5:22-33). Moral misconduct, including but not limited to promiscuity, homosexual behavior, sexual orientation, or transgender identity, is inconsistent with the requirement for staff to serve as Christian role models (Romans 1:21-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-20). Our goal is that in every aspect of life, employees will live in such a way that “He might have the pre-eminence” (Colossians 1:18).
