Admissions Process
The Mansfield Christian School admissions process is designed to be clear, personal, and welcoming. Whether you’re exploring options or ready to apply, each step brings you closer to a Christ-centered education rooted in academic excellence and intentional discipleship.

1
Mansfield Christian School is a discipleship focused community. At least one parent must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with our Statement of Faith. This helps us support a shared mission between home and school. The admissions overview makes these requirements easy to understand so you can take the next step with confidence.

Submit an Application
To begin the admissions process, please complete and submit the online application. After submission, our Admissions Team will provide clear guidance on the next steps.
NOTE: A $50 non-refundable application fee is required.

Testing and Interview
Following our review of your application and submitted documents, the next step will be to schedule an interview and placement testing. Placement testing is a tool to help determine your student’s academic level and is not a pass/fail assessment. Once all of the admissions requirements are satisfied, the admissions team will notify you whether your child has been accepted as a new student.

Enrollment
Upon acceptance, you will be issued an Enrollment Packet that includes forms required to complete enrollment.
We’ll follow up with orientation info, class schedules, teacher assignments, and more.
Admissions Requirements
At Mansfield Christian School, we partner with families who are committed to a Christ-centered life and education. Admission is based on spiritual alignment, academic readiness, and a shared vision for Christian discipleship.
Mansfield Christian is a non-denominational Christian discipleship school. Families must meet the following faith-based criteria:
At least one parent must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
That parent must be able to share their personal testimony
The family must agree with and support the MCS Statement of Faith
Families seeking admission should:
Be Christian families with a testimony of salvation through Jesus Christ and a desire for a covenant relationship with the school (John 3:1–8)
Regularly attend a Bible-believing church as a family
Affirm and support our Statement of Faith and Mission Statement (Assisting the Christian home and church by teaching solid academics rooted in a Biblical worldview.)
Support and honor the biblical view of marriage and abstaining from cohabitation outside of marriage (Gen. 2:23–24, Matt. 19:4–6, 1 Cor. 6:9–20)
Students applying to MCS should:
Be in agreement with the school’s values and expectations
If entering grades 7–12, have made a personal decision to follow Jesus Christ
Demonstrate strong academic performance appropriate for our challenging educational programs
If receiving academic or behavioral services, have an endorsed plan that aligns with the resources of our Intervention Team
Show a history of positive behavior, good attendance, and a strong desire to be part of the MCS community
