Preparing Future Leaders
At Mansfield Christian School, we believe every student should be equipped to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Our MCS STEM program introduces students to science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on projects, competitions, and real-world applications. It is more than academics, it is preparation for leadership, problem-solving, and innovation with a biblical worldview at the core.
Faith and STEM Together
What makes the MCS STEM program unique is that students learn to see science and technology as part of God’s creation and design. They discover how order, creativity, and problem-solving reflect the character of the Creator Himself. Each project is not only a learning opportunity but also a chance to see how their gifts can be used to serve others and impact the world for Christ.

MCCAP STEM Director
Stefen Santos Jr.
My name is Mr. Stefen Santos Jr., Director of the STEM Academy as well as a High School STEM and Entrepreneurship teacher and Soccer Assistant Coach at Mansfield Christian School. With a background in accounting and law and current studies in Mechanical Engineering at North Central State College, I bring an interdisciplinary approach that blends theory with hands on learning. Students in my classes work on practical, project based experiences across mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering, as well as computer science, robotics, and 3D printing.
I am passionate about preparing the next generation of engineers and innovators who use their gifts with purpose. My mission is to equip students with both technical skill and strong character so they can serve well, lead confidently, and make a meaningful impact wherever God calls them.
